How much is a cake or decorated cookie?

Because we do everything custom and to order, there are no set prices. Prices are decided once we’ve spoken with you directly and determined flavour, design, and size/quantity. If you would like a quote, please fill out an order form here and we will reply within 48 hours.

​Do you have a storefront?

No we do not. We are a custom cake and cookie studio that does pickup and delivery only. All consultations are conducted through email or phone. 

Do You accommodate dietary restrictions?

Unfortunately we do not accommodate any dietary restrictions at this time.

​I have a nut (or other contact) allergy, do you accommodate? 

If you are severely allergic to nuts, we would not recommend consuming any of our products because our facility is not nut-free, and there is a high risk of cross contamination (this is true for all contact allergies). A full ingredient list can be provided upon request and all decorated cookies have their ingredients listed on the back.

Do you have a minimum cookie order?

Our minimum cookie order is 6 cookies.

​​WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Refund Policy: All food products are non-refundable, however, if you have an issue with your order, please email us explaining the situation and we will help out any way we can.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of your pickup/delivery date will result in full payment for the order. Cancellations within 1 week of your pickup/delivery date will result in retainment of your 50% deposit. Cancellations further out than 1 week will result in a full refund.
