​We were approached by Sweetapolita, a Canadian sprinkles and food colouring company, to create a prop cake and prop cupcakes to showcase their electric pink gel food colouring and two different sprinkle mixes for their feature on Good Morning America!

Since we knew these products would be on set under hot lights, we used highly stable, shortening-based buttercream.
