- Deposits: a 50% deposit is required on all orders in order to secure your date and they are non-refundable within 1 week of the event. Your order is not confirmed, and therefore can be cancelled at any time at our discretion, if no deposit is received.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will result in full payment of the order. Cancellations within 1 week of the event result in retainment of your 50% deposit. Cancellations further out than a week may qualify for a full refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Policy: All food orders are non-refundable once received, however, if you have an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.
- Cancelled Orders: Under rare circumstances, if Cakes By Lexi is forced to cancel an order for any reason unrelated to you as a client, your order will be fully refunded.
- Failure to Pay: Cakes By Lexi LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action if there is failure to pay the remainder of your balance following delivery or pickup of product.
- Denying Orders: We reserve the right to deny any order.
- Continuing Agreement: We may change or revise these Terms of Service from time to time by updating the page on our website, so please visit the website to keep up to date with the current Terms of Service. Your use of our web site reaffirms your continuing agreement to the then--current Terms of Service.
