Pickups are arranged free of charge. Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure all orders and they must be received at least 1 week before your event to avoid rush fees or an inability to accept your order. Content Creation Unless we are provided with an NDA or explicit written correspondence asking us not to share your order on social media, we reserve the right to share photos and videos of your cookies online at our discretion Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will result in full payment of the order. Cancellations within 1 week of the event result in retainment of your 50% deposit. Cancellations further out than a week may qualify for a full refund on a case-by-case basis.
